二、个人简介
肖嘉华，男，副教授，硕士研究生导师。博士毕业于西安交通大学电子信息专业，获西安交通大学软件工程硕士学位、南昌大学软件工程学士学位。所属学科专业为计算机科学与技术、软件工程，主要从事计算机视觉、深度学习及图像处理方面的研究，研究方向包括图像复原与增强、遥感图像处理、图像生成与编辑。近年来在ACM MM、ECCV、IJCAI、Remote Sensing等期刊和会议发表相关研究成果。
